  • Tag Assignment: Each order is assigned a unique tag and tracking number for accurate identification.
  • Receipt Issuance: Customers receive a receipt confirming their drop-off details.
  • Secure Handling: Laundry is properly sorted and stored to ensure items remain intact and organized throughout the process.

Step 2: Clothing Separation & Inspection Process

To ensure the best care for your garments, we follow a meticulous sorting and inspection process:

  • Color Sorting: We separate your laundry into three categories—whites, medium-colored garments, and dark-colored clothing—to prevent color bleeding and maintain fabric brightness.
  • Pocket Check: All garments are carefully inspected before washing to ensure no items are left in pockets. This helps prevent damage to clothing and protects valuables.
  • Tag ID & Inventory: Each laundry batch is labeled with a unique customer ID to ensure accuracy and security throughout the cleaning process.

Step 3: Personalized Laundry Care

  • Customized Washing: Clothes are washed according to each customer’s specific needs, ensuring the best care for every fabric type.
  • Specialized Care: We accommodate requests for hypoallergenic detergent, delicate cycle washes, stain treatments, and more.
  • Temperature & Detergent Preferences: Customers can specify water temperature settings and preferred detergents for optimal garment care.
  • Neat Folding & Packaging: Freshly cleaned clothes are professionally folded and ready for easy pickup.

Step 4: Optimal Drying With Precision

Using the correct temperature setting prevents shrinkage and fabric damage while preserving softness and quality. Reduces wrinkles, minimizes ironing time, and keeps colors vibrant.

Heat Settings used at DWAF:

  • High Heat (140°F–160°F / 60°C–70°C): For towels, jeans, and heavy cotton fabrics.
  • Medium Heat (125°F–135°F / 50°C–60°C): Ideal for synthetics, polyester blends, and everyday clothing.
  • Low Heat (105°F–120°F / 40°C–50°C): Best for delicates, wool, lingerie, comforters and athletic wear.
  • Air Dry / No Heat: Silk, lace, and delicate fabrics should not be exposed to heat.
